- Pundi Narasimham, co-Founder and C.E.O
Mr. Narasimham has been instrumental in the founding and growth of the company since its establishment in 1983. As a co-founder, along with Ms. Rita Narasimham (late), he set the vision for NovusSTS Worldwide's global expansion through establishing worldwide offices in six countries and software development centers in the Philippines, Malaysia and India.
- Suja Narasimham, VP of Operations
Mrs. Narasimham has over 22 years of experience in operations, which includes 12 years in Anz Grindlays bank, where she earned many awards for her outstanding work.
- Howard Cattie, Marketing and Business Development
Mr. Cattie has over 20 years of recruiting, sales, and sales management experience. He has been an executive in three national recruiting and staffing organizations: Source Services, Romac International (now Kforce) and Norrell (now Spherion). His specialties include RPO sales and marketing. Mr. Cattie has run branch offices and managed regions throughout the US. His prior experience includes sales positions with IBM, Reumix and Conduit Software. Mr. Cattie has an MBA from the University of Michigan.
- Joe Reynolds
More than 30 years of innovative experience, following completion of graduate school in 1974, Mr. Reynolds has identified trends and new strategic methods. As a former federal investigator he was on the cutting edge of the U.S. Department of Justice Fraud Team finding new and successful ways of investigating contract fraud directed against the U.S. Navy. In business he has taken two start-up personnel companies to medium size before moving on. With nearly 20 years in the Philippines he enjoys his permanent residency there while working to bring the Philippines to the forefront with Filipinos at the helm. He pledges to take the business to new industry heights in the Philippines setting national and world records over the next decade before moving on.
