 Ms. Rita Narasimham “Have a vision and goal and in life, first; then have the perseverance and patience to keep at it until accomplishing the goal. Think big and never give up.” In 1983, Ms. Rita Narasimham co-founded NovusSTS Worldwide and became its President and CEO. She had a vision and goal for NovusSTS Worldwide to be a leader in the IT industry. Her outlook catapulted NovusSTS Worldwide to success and realized the dreams of many people. Because of her dedication, vigor and support, NovusSTS Worldwide has been the recipient of many accolades and awards. Sadly, however, Ms. Narasimham passed away in 1996, but her dream to make the company a world leader continues to be the goal of the staff at Novus STS Worldwide. Novus STS Worldwide prides itself on being a pioneer in the IT industry. Under the able leadership of Ms. Narsimham, NovusSTS Worldwide ventured out to be a leader in providing contract services by recruiting the best worldwide talent and understanding its customers' needs.
